We are proud to offer the best rebuilding kits for your diesel transmission that money can buy. These kits feature the same technology and parts that we use in our in house transmission builds. The kit components have been meticulously selected by our technicians to get you the best parts money can buy. When companies like Alto Products or Raybestos Powertrain are looking for information on how to design the latest performance clutches and steels, they come to us at RevMax to help design them. These designs are then tested here, in house at RevMax and then sold around the world by many of the other so called innovators that claim to have designed these parts. Unlike our competitors we don't go around bragging about our work in multi-page ads in every magazine, we let our work speak for itself. Our kits feature Precision International overhaul kits* which are regarded as the finest overhaul kits in the industry. These overhaul kits contain all of the gaskets, o-rings, seals sealing rings and small parts required to completely overhaul your transmission properly. The clutches and steels are RevMax designed and then manufactured by either Raybestos or Alto to our exact specifications. Any custom pistons or pressure plates required are included in our kits. The clutch and steel modules are all designed to be assembled within clearance tolerances out of the box, however it is crucial that all clearances are checked and recorded. All of our rebuild kits come complete with a pump bushing, sump filter and spin on filter where applicable. Planetary washer kits, bushing kits, bearing kits and other user option items are not included but available for purchase separately on our website. We do this as some customers do not want these parts and others do. RevMax does not warranty any rebuild kit components as we cannot control the installers quality of work or knowledge. It is imperative that you select a highly qualified installer or be extremely competent with the rebuilding process of your transmission. SHIPPING INFORMATION
-Shipping And Core Policy Terms
Freight cost on shipping Transmissions is currently $875.00 to the lower 48 states but Next Level Engine & Transmission reserves the right to raise prices according to “going rates”. Freight costs are to cover shipping of the built unit and the return core. Cores must be returned within 2 weeks of receiving the new transmission.
All cores are inspected for damage such as broken cases, broken shafts, excessive hard part failure. Next Level Engine & Transmission will deduct the cost of these replacement parts from the core money. Prices are based on replacement costs only. We are not interested in making money on broken parts only returning cores to a buildable state.
Whenever possible, Next Level Engine & Transmission will supply a core return tag for parts that have core charges associated with them. Return shipping costs are factored into the final shipping costs on your invoice. Parts cores are expected to be returned within 10 days. Do not just assume that if your part is damaged that you will not receive a core return. Many parts are expected to have damage and are returned to the manufacturer as such.
-Core Refunds
All cores are paid out as soon as possible. All cores will be inspected before a refund will be issued. Refunds are issued 1-2 weeks after inspection via direct deposit or other form or payment discussed with accounting department.

HOT SHOT TRUCK DRIVERS: WARRANTY IS 12 MONTH / 12,000 MILES.
*PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU ARE INSTALLING A TRANSMISSION YOURSELF, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO HAVE THE TRANSMISSION COOLER FLUSHED BY A PROFESSIONAL PRIOR TO THE TRANSMISSION INSTALL. FAILURE TO DO SO, MAY RESULT IN CONTAMINATED FLUID AND OLD MATERIAL GETTING INTO THE NEW UNIT. POURING ATF THROUGH THE COOLER (or KOOLER KLEEN) IS NOT SUFFICIENT ENOUGH.
90-day limited workmanship warranty 90-day limited workmanship warranty will not cover broken cases or shafts of transmission. Abuse, misuse, or burn down due to operator error will void warranty. Any warranty work must be performed at Next Level Engine & Transmission. It is the vehicle owner’s responsibility to ship transmission or vehicle to Next Level’s location for all repairs needing to be performed. Any repairs to transmission not authorized by Next Level Engine & Transmission will void warranty and will not be covered by Next Level Engine & Transmission.
- 68RFE 2 Year unlimited mile limited warranty (Black Widow 500, 600 & 800)
68RFE 2 Year unlimited mile limited warranty will not cover broken cases or shafts of transmission including the 4th clutch hub. Any tires larger than a 35” tire must have proper gearing or warranty will be voided. Vehicle owner is responsible for having proper transmission tuning as transmission failure due to lack of tuning or improper tuning will not be a covered failure. Abuse, misuse, or burn down due to operator error will void warranty. Any warranty work must be performed at Next Level Engine & Transmission in Phoenix AZ. It is the vehicle owner’s responsibility to ship transmission or vehicle to Next Level’s location for all repairs needing to be performed. Any repairs to transmission not authorized by Next Level Engine & Transmission will void the warranty and will not be covered by Next Level. Line Pressure must be verified by a professional for warranty to be active.

-Appropriate gear ratios: -35" tire min gearing is 3:73 recommended 4:10 -37" tire min gearing is 4:10 recommended 4:30 -Larger than that should be running a 4:56 ratio.
