The 6R140 Scorpion from Next Level Engine & Transmission is designed specifically for 2011–2016 Powerstroke-equipped trucks running at stock or mildly tuned power levels. This transmission provides dependable performance, smooth operation, and long-term durability for daily driving, towing, and light work use. (2017 and newer models require our Stage 2 Scorpion transmission.)

This build includes a brand-new torque converter, an O.E. valve body, and a complete rebuild kit with new pistons, ensuring consistent line pressure, smooth shifting, and dependable operation mile after mile.

Tear Down & Cleaning:

• The transmission is fully disassembled, and all soft, wear-prone parts are replaced with brand-new, high-quality components.
  
• Cases and housings are deep-cleaned in a 190° hot wash system to remove all residue and contaminants.
  
• Hard parts are hand-inspected and cleaned individually, with any questionable components replaced before reassembly.
  
• The case is thoroughly checked for cracks, wear, or damage to ensure a flawless foundation for the build.
