The 6R140 Scorpion Stage 3 from Next Level Engine & Transmission is built for those who expect the absolute best from their 2011–2019 6.7L Powerstroke. Rated to handle up to 1,000 horsepower, this transmission is engineered for high-performance and competition builds that demand durability, consistency, and total control under extreme conditions.

Each transmission is assembled by a master technician using premium billet and performance components designed to deliver strength and reliability under heavy load and high torque. Once complete, the technician personally signs the transmission — a mark of pride and craftsmanship that represents the Next Level standard.

Each valve body is custom configured to match the customer’s specific truck setup and individually tested prior to installation, ensuring optimal hydraulic performance, shift quality, and pressure control for every build.

This Transmission Features The Following:

Tear Down & Cleaning:

• The transmission is fully disassembled, and all soft, wear-prone parts are replaced with brand-new, high-quality components.
  
• Cases and housings are deep-cleaned in a 190° hot wash system to remove all residue and contaminants.
  
• Hard parts are hand-inspected and cleaned individually, with any questionable components replaced before reassembly.
  
• The case is thoroughly checked for cracks, wear, or damage to ensure a flawless foundation for the build.

• Heavy duty captured clutch custom stall converter *Billet intermediate shaft with modified hub
• Brand New factory OEM valve body
• Raybestos, Borg Warner,  or ALTO G3 powerpack steel and friction module
• Custom OD piston with high pressure return springs

Returns:

*We accept returns within 10 days of receipt, as long as the transmission is in like-new condition and has not been installed. Please note that a 25% restocking fee applies, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs
